I'm writing to you to let you know some of the consern of the people with the public transportation.Starting with the lack of efficient buses, "carritos por puesto" and the total lack of a subway, wich will help in so many ways, as making public transportation more accessible to people.
The lack of authority on the streets, which leads to a breach of traffic laws, such as: Driving outside speed limits, not respecting the signs and others; and the insecurity to which the users of public transportation are subject.
Some of the drivers of the buses are carrying more people than the limit and that's provokes the discomfort of the users.
